Summary
Create a rich and dynamic background with a parallax effect that reacts to a user when they use your application.
Excerpt
"Since I have started developing Silverlight applications, I have had an interest in creating a richer, more dynamic user experience. After-all, the promise of a Flash-beating platform where I can write code in C# allows the mind to wander... I can not take credit for the idea, it is detailed in this article by Jose Fajardo. Please read it as it provides a good understanding of what is being attempted with this sample. The original author did NOT provide any source code, just some screenshots. I did my best to recreate the effect and to improve on it in some places. This article will be fairly short, I can make it long and tedious by including a reference to each and every file for the total of 9 files that we have. I'd rather just let you download the sample and run it. I have some screenshots included for this article, and descriptions of basic concepts."

About The Code Project
The Code Project is a community of software development and design developers joined together with certain common goals: to learn, to teach and to have fun programming. Developers from all over the world come together to share source code, tutorials and knowledge for free to help their fellow programmers. It is extremely popular and is one of the best places on the web to look for open source implementations of .NET control, components, and techniques. http://www.codeproject.com/
